BMOB STUDIOS – Shipping Policy

At BMOB STUDIOS, we provide both digital and physical product deliveries depending on the services or items purchased. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your products will be delivered.


1. Digital Deliveries (Photos & Videos)

Most BMOB STUDIOS products are digital and do not require physical shipping.
Digital deliveries include:

  • Photo galleries

  • Video files

  • Highlight reels

  • Social media content

  • Edited albums

Delivery Method

Digital files are delivered via:

  • Online gallery link

  • Downloadable folder

  • Email

  • Private client portal

Delivery Time

Delivery time varies by project and will be stated in your contract or invoice.
General timelines:

  • Photo sessions: 2–4 weeks

  • Events: 3–6 weeks

  • Wedding films & full edits: 6–12 weeks

Rush delivery is available for an additional fee when applicable.


2. Physical Product Shipping

If you purchase physical items, such as:

  • Prints

  • Photo albums

  • USB drives

  • Frames

  • Packaging or merchandise

We will ship them to the address you provide at checkout.

Processing Time

Physical product processing takes:

  • Prints: 5–10 business days

  • Albums: 14–30 business days

  • USB drives: 5–7 business days

  • Merchandise (if applicable): Varies by item

Production time does not include shipping time.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated based on:

  • Product type

  • Weight

  • Destination

  • Shipping method selected

Delivery times depend on the carrier and location, typically ranging from:

  • 3–7 business days within the U.S.

  • 7–21 business days for international shipping

Tracking information will be provided when available.


4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping for most products.
Clients are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Taxes associated with international deliveries

These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.


5. Shipping Delays

BMOB STUDIOS is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Customs processing

  • Holiday slowdowns

We will assist in tracking packages, but delays are outside our control.


6. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your physical order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damage (if applicable)

  • We will replace or resend items at no additional cost

Incorrect or defective items will also be replaced free of charge.

BMOB STUDIOS is not responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses provided by the client.


7. Order Changes

Address changes must be submitted before the item ships.
Once shipped, we cannot alter delivery details.


8. Returns & Refunds

Physical products such as custom prints and albums are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once production begins.
